PARIS21 continues to collaborate with the UNSD in their Development Account Project: Enhancing national statistical capacity to measure, monitor, assess and report on progress on achieving post-2015 goals and targets for sustainable development.

The ADAPT is being used in a parallel fashion to emulate the processes that the UNSD is undertaking for their SDG assessment. Three of the six UNSD countries are also using ADAPT. This has facilitated the process of collaboration and common outputs.

PARIS21 participated in a three country assessment on SDG readiness undertaken by UNSD and promoted the process of assessing the SDGs and including the NSDS into the ADAPT. The tool was well received and further collaboration with UNSD is envisioned.
