At the request of the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs and the Information and e-Government Authority, PARIS21 undertook a one-day workshop with the Government of Bahrain to demonstrate the ADAPT. The government expressed a strong interest in adopting ADAPT as a central planning tool to monitor progress in their national development plan and also map key performance indicators from sector programmes and the overall national plan to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The ADAPT proved to help in the consultation process within the government as a way to prepare and respond to the challenges posed by the SDGs.
