The National Institute of Statistics Rwanda (NISR) seeks a consultant to establish tools for Statistical Data and Metadata eXchange (SDMX). The UK's Department for International Development (DFID) is funding a UNSD project entitled "Improve the Availability, Collation and Dissemination of National Development Indicators, including MDGs". As part of the project implementation in Rwanda, the UN Statistics Division (UNSD) is looking to fund a consultancy to assist the NISR with establishing SMDX tools.
