Introduction
 
 

The PARIS21 Secretariat is responsible for implementing the day-to-day operations of the PARIS21 work programme. It is hosted by the OECD's Development Co-operation Directorate in Paris, France. The Secretariat is managed by Mr. Antoine Simonpietri (antoine.simonpietri@oecd.org). The PARIS21 Secretariat hosts a pilot project (Metagora) focusing on methods, tools and frameworks for measuring democracy, human rights and governance. Metagora maintains a website at http://www.metagora.org.

Directions to the Tour Europe building where PARIS21 and Metagora are located are available in both English and in French.
